For nearly 20 years, prior to consulting, Elisa served as an impactful senior staff member for several national trade and individual membership associations. Her focus has always been on engagement, whether grassroots advocacy or the development and advancement of regional chapter affiliates domestically and internationally. With a unique background in advocacy and activism, membership and stakeholder relations, as well as association management and operations, Elisa’s diverse expertise and makes her a valuable partner and adviser to both non-profit and corporate clients. Elisa holds a Masters Degree from Johns Hopkins University and the Certified Association Executive (CAE) credential from the America Society of Association Executives (ASAE).
Andrew is both a seasoned project manager and podcaster. Since establishing Consort Strategy in May 2016, he has worked independently in the not-for-profit sectors, managing a wide range of projects focused on organisational development and business growth. He is co-host of Good Enough for Jazz, a weekly podcast focused on leadership and business. In addition, he is co-host of Association Transformation, a bimonthly transatlantic podcast that explores trends in association leadership and business development. Finally, he is project manager for Response Time, the weekly podcast by the British Association of Public Safety Communications Officers (BAPCO).

Andy is the producer of Good Enough for Jazz, Association Transformation, and Resource Time and thus has extensive experience of working as part of this project team.
Issie is an experienced media researcher and production assistant, well versed in identifying topical subject matter, sourcing podcast guests, briefing the speakers, coordinating recordings, and providing general administrative support for the production team, hosts, guests and clients’ marketing teams.
